At Skin Plus Beauty, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Individual Services

Refunds on individual services are available as store credit within 14 days of payment.

Uninitiated Packages

Packages that have not yet begun may be refunded within 14 days of payment — either as store credit, or back to your original form of payment, subject to a 10% processing fee.

Initiated Packages

Once a package has been initiated — meaning one or more sessions have been redeemed — it is non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund
