1. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance: All telehealth services provided by Skin Plus Beauty LLC are limited to patients located within the state of Florida at the time of the consultation. Our telemedicine services comply with Florida state laws and regulations, including those outlined in the Florida Telemedicine Act. You must be physically located in Florida during the consultation to receive services.
2. Licensure: Our healthcare providers are licensed to practice in the state of Florida. We do not provide telehealth services to patients located outside of Florida, and any consultation conducted outside of Florida may not be recognized as valid under state law.
3. No Emergency Services: Telemedicine consultations are not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please seek immediate in-person care or contact emergency services.
4. Technology Requirements: You must have access to compatible technology and a stable internet connection to participate in a telemedicine consultation. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets these requirements.
5. Consent to Telemedicine: By engaging in a telemedicine consultation, you consent to the use of telecommunication technologies for the delivery of healthcare services. You understand that telehealth services may involve video and/or audio communication with healthcare providers.
