At Skin plus Beauty we offer two types of facials and three types of peels which can be performed individually or as an add-on to your facial. 

Glowing Facial: A mini facial for those on the run who want a refreshing skincare treatment but have limited time. This facial is designed to be quick and convenient, it usually lasts 30 minutes during which your esthetician focuses on delivering essential skincare benefits including cleansing, exfoliation, hydration and protection, tailored to your specific immediate skin  needs. This facial is a brief yet effective way to maintain skin health, boost hydration, and achieve a temporary improvement in skin texture and appearance. The Facial has 5 steps and will be performed with SkinCeuticals products. 

Deep Cleaning Facial: Our go to monthly facial is designed to deeply cleanse the skin, unclog pores, remove impurities, improve skin texture, reduce breakouts, enhance skin absorption and hydration, all while experiencing pure relaxation.This type of facial is particularly beneficial for individuals with oily or acne-prone skin, or those who simply want a more intensive cleansing and relaxing experience. The Facial has a duration of 1 hour and 15 minutes, includes 9 steps and features SkinCeutical products. 

SkinCeuticals Micropeel Sensitive Skin Solution: Designed for sensitive skin, this peel combines lactic acid with calming ingredients like chamomile to gently exfoliate and hydrate the skin. It helps improve texture, reduce redness, and enhance overall skin clarity.

All our Facial and Chemical Peels are performed by licensed Medical Estheticians. Depending on the facial you choose and if you select any add-ons, including Chemical Peels,  the time of your service may vary between 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. You will experience immediate results, including cleaner and clearer skin, improved skin texture; enhanced hydration and a radiant complexion. It’s important to note that while facials provide immediate benefits, some results may be temporary, especially those related to hydration and surface exfoliation. For long-term improvements in skin health and appearance, regular facials and a consistent skincare routine tailored to your skin type and concerns are recommended.

If extractions were performed you may experience temporary redness, slight swelling and tiny scabs or marks which should resolve in the next few days at the most. There is generally a level of tingling or a light burning sensation with a superficial chemical peel, although for most patients, the discomfort of a light peel facial is tolerable and does not require any additional pain management beyond the use of a cooling fan and/or cool compress. After a chemical peel, the appearance of your skin can vary depending on the type and strength of the peel, as well as your skin’s individual response. You might experience redness; peeling or flaking; a feeling of tightness or dryness in your skin and sensitivity to the sun which is why it’s crucial to always apply sunscreen.
